Exploration. Teams will learn effective strategies that ensure they can clearly articulate the need for a new innovation and assess district and school ability to successfully implement the program. When teams take the time to carefully consider school readiness, appropriate fit, and capacity to implement, they can create the foundational supports that ensure interventions and innovations are implemented well. Taking the time to do this before initializing preparation and implementation will save time, energy, and resources.
