Preparation. Teams prepare to implement the innovation by scheduling team meetings, developing data collection protocols, gaining staff and community consensus, creating training and coaching opportunities, and implementing a communication plan. The preparation stage helps ensure your school is ready to implement and has a host environment that encourages effective implementation.
