Sustainment. Teams work to sustain successful practices and leverage teacher buy-in and consensus to continue building systems to improve outcomes for students. Current interventions are monitored for fidelity and effectiveness, clear guidelines for adopting new innovations or interventions are followed, and data is used to drive all decision making.
